Marla J Jewelers accepts returns or exchanges on full-priced items purchased through our website within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Items must also be packed securely for return shipment.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less any original shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
If an item shows any signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or tampering, the return or exchange will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to the client.
Once your return is received and approved, Marla J Jewelers will send an email confirmation. Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Marla J Jewelers is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when sending your return.
