Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email info@marlajjewelers.com with your order number in the subject line.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. The order may still be eligible for return or exchange according to the policy above.
